A bowl of fruity jelly is perfect for a dessert. Its so simple and easy to make, which makes it absolutely perfect to make with little Yolli people!
Please be careful though as the jelly does get hot once heated, so supervision is required at all times.
We have used DUPLO lego blocks to set the jelly in. Its perfect for kids parties and all children will want to come for tea again!
Raspberry JEGO!
Once in the measuring jug, place hot water 100ml and place into the microwave for 1 minute. Give the jelly a stir, so that all cubes have been melted and it becomes a thick hot jelly juice.
Top the mixture up with cold water to 1 pint.
Give it another stir and make sure its all mixed together. Then, pour very carefully into the Lego blocks. (Be careful as it will be hot)
Carefully stand your full blocks in the fridge and wait for it to set - we will usually leave it up to a day before eating it, so its all wobbly and set when you're ready to have desert!
Enjoy!
