Terms & Conditions
- All goods are supplied ex-works unless otherwise stated. The ownership in any goods shall remain vested in us until Yolli Limited has received full payment.
- Orders are accepted on the condition that the prices to be charged are those ruling at the date of despatch, and whilst every endeavour will be made to deliver goods on the date requested this does not impose any legal obligation on us to meet such delivery date.
- The right is reserved to withdraw any item without notice.
- Carriage to mainland UK addresses for orders in excess of £100.00 (ex-VAT) is free of charge. Orders with a net value under £100.00 (ex-VAT) will incur a minimum delivery charge of £3.99 which may increase for bulky or heavy items.Non-UK Mainland addresses (i.e. Shetland Islands, Channel Islands, Ireland) carriage for orders in excess of £250.00 (ex VAT) is free of charge. Orders with a net value under £250.00 (ex-VAT) will incur a delivery charge and will be subject to the destination and boxed pallet quantities.
- International addresses delivery charges and times are subjected to destination and box/pallet quantities. Delivery will normally be between 7/14 days depending on location; however this can be extended in our peak seasons.
- For small UK orders placed before 12.30pm our carrier offers a next day delivery service for UK Mainland only. This service is available subject to busy trading periods. The charges for this service are: £9.99 for next day plus VAT.
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. All payments must be paid in UKGBP sterling. The company reserves the right to close the account or with hold further supplies of its products from any customer who does not pay within this period without prejudice. However, to any existing rights the company may have in respect of such unpaid invoices in accordance of clause 8.
- The right is reserved to withhold or refuse deliveries or cancel orders accepted of further goods to customers whose payment are in arrears or who are otherwise indebted to Yolli UK Limited or whose indebtedness is excess of any limit from time to time imposed by Yolli Limited at their discretion.
- Interest on overdue accounts may be charged at the rate of 2.5% per calendar month or part month.
- Pro-Forma invoices will need to be settled or confirmed within 7 days from date of issue. Failure to do so could result in the order being cancelled and a 15% handling charge being applied to the account.
- All returns will need a returns reference number quoted, this can be obtained from the customer service department of Yolli Limited. We will not accept any returns without a valid reference. In addition the goods will need to be returned within 14 days of receiving a returns number in order for a replacement/credit to be issued. This may be reviewed on an individual basis.
- Faulty goods should be returned directly to Yolli Limited within 21 days of receipt. On receipt the goods will be accepted and if found to be prima facie faulty the goods will be replaced or credited at the net price paid. Each faulty item is judged on its own merit and the time scale from purchase to notification will be subject to discretion.
- Liability for shortages and goods damaged in transit will not be accepted unless notification is made to the customer service department of Yolli Limited within seven days of receipt.
- Refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods will need to be unopened and in its original packaging and we will offer an exchange, refund or credit note. This does not affect the customers legal rights including the right to claim a refund/replacement/repair and or compensation where the goods are faulty or described incorrectly.
- Claims for non-delivery of complete orders will not be allowed unless the customer contacts the customer service department of Yolli has been advised within 21 days from the day the order was placed or 35 days for overseas customers.
- Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances for special ordered items.
- Customer errors made when placing orders which causes incorrect or duplicate shipments. Yolli may allow at discretion the return of the excess merchandise. The customer service department of Yolli must be advised within 7 days from the day the order was placed. A credit note may be issued once the undamaged goods have been received and a 5% re-stocking charge will be deducted. The customer must pay for return delivery charges. Yolli will not pay for return carriage.
- Ordinarily we do not accept the return of any food items for health and hygiene reasons. However, each case will be judged on its own merit especially in the case of manufacturing/product issues. If the return is related to goods damaged in transit, proof will need to be obtained. E.g. Agent verification or photographic evidence.
- No purported variation of these conditions will be valid or binding on Yolli unless given in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative.
- VAT will be charged at the rate enforced on the invoice date. All sales are subject to our current terms and conditions.
